ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!
Accommodation is free for all participants in a double room per person during the three nights of August 25, 26 and 27, 2022.
The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.
The participants will stay in a double room. If participants want to stay in a single room, an additional fee of 20 € per day is required.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener.
Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference.

NOTE 3: Only two papers are allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than two papers, you need to pay 50 € for each additional paper.
NOTE 4: The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual/Camera-Ready Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

- First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
